A blue light bathes my face

So... did you end it all, or did it ever begin?
You weird weary beast you wildflower
You stung animal of blazing forest fire
You cut yourself to little pieces
and gloat over dead meat like a necrophiliac!
You live in the past and the future
like present was a myth, a story-teller's dream
and you trip a thousand times before
you'd even start to read between the lines
But then, its too late already
Dread has replaced dreams.

Dark shapes arise, an ancient army
marching me to the pit
I look up and there's a hole in the sky
far above swirling nimbus forms
A blue light bathes my face and I smile
I smile openly and without fear
I smile like someone who has seen it all.
