The Horse Medic - sectional detail 2

Oil on canvas | 22K download

The shell on the left(orange nosed) and on the right(the blue one) were collected from the shores of South Atlantic. The pebble in between is definitely Indian, since I found it in my own backyard. All common-place objects, easily found in their places of origin, used to "cook up" a land of mysterious juxtaposition, or an every-day story, or an alien meets alien drama, or a vet contemplating an ear wash. Whatever it is, I rather like the lady(is she a nurse, or the horse's owner, or a casual observer on her way to, or from an estuarine water source?) with her Naomi Campbell feet...Aaarrrgh!! So have I revealed my inner perversions? Time to go to sleep, or...on second thoughts, another cup of scalding coffee...

Leaving you with a link to the next work, 'Jhuno' - the dry coconuts.
